Beginner Ab Workout to Jump Start Your Active Lifestyle - Blogilates Sweetinsane: Thank you so much for making a beginner's video that actually is doable for a super unfit beginner! I know that with most videos it's fine if you're not able to keep up and you'll get there if you keep doing it, but even knowing that it's just incredibly demotivating when you can't even keep up with a video labeled beginner. With this, even though it wasn't 100%, I still felt like I was able to mostly keep up and I was able to do enough to feel good about myself instead of like giving up. I've done this twice now, and the second time around I was already doing better. I genuinely feel motivated. :)

Love your workouts, but kinda surprised someone as heath conscious as yourself Would promo one of the most harmful deodorants on the market. It's basically a clusterfck of chemicals that disrupt hormones. Parabans, aluminum, tricloan, synthetic colors, carcinogens--causing infertility, cancer, a laundry list of things, loading us with toxins. These are not fda reged at all btw. I'd rethink that, being into a healthy lifestyle. I'm Sure you have kids and young viewers, and they need to have as positive influence as possible. There are plenty of natural, non harmful deodorants.

Some quick motivation for people who wanna get fit but are feeling lazy or maybe you've tried this workout once but it was too hard: listen up! As a person with very little core strength and low fitness, I tried this and couldn't get through most of the exercises without stopping or just doing half of it. But I went ahead and did this every alternate day for 10 days and got soo much better at it. Now, in 2 weeks, I'm almost perfectly able to follow the video with so much more ease! So yes, give it a go! Good luck everyone! :)

Almost got through it, 9 minutes, eased up every move, had to stop most halfay and got a bit sweaty. Hah, I consider it a success that I managed at all! I had a pretty big stomach surgery (They cut open EVERYTHING) a while back, and I have been working to get my basic stamina back. Now slowly starting to work on the muscles, even tho my level is faaar lower than just beginner rn. I've slept with a firm pillow to my stomach since I got no muscle strenght left to keep stuff in place, to give some perspective: D

Dear Cassey, you're right. there is a workout for everyone. And for me it's your workouts. Thank you so so much for calming me down and pushing me at the same time throughout your entire workout. I love every single one of them. And now I'm able to workout for at least 1 hour easily. I'm working out for over 2 month now, 5 times a week and I see results! That's great it's just so much fun with you, no matter what excercise I choose. Thank you so much, you're the biggest inspiration.

I'm aware this is an old video, but I like working out because in my day to day life I've been struggling with my weight gain, not as fast, flexible or strong as I once was. So this has really improved my mood, made me walk straighter, I can put my leg over my leg again, not as winded when I walk across the street and where as before I struggled hopping on a counter I did it effortlessly. I love your videos

I am 54, have never tried yoga or pilates. You not only inspired me, I am yet on another self empowered journey. Being in a past domestic abusive narcissist toxic relationship you get depressed and although your moving forward, which I was homeless, had enough, but this is my journey. There is nothing I can't do without God and this inspiring workout. Thank you

I am trying to lose 25 pounds by the end of September (May would be awesome, but I want to be realistic, decided to start incorporating your work outs in my routine. Just completed this work out and I feel like somebody took a blow torch to my abs. Definitely gonna do this every day until I can do the roll ups flawlessly!

Thank you for giving ways for those of us that need tips on how to make it work since we have no strength and for being encouraging throughout your videos.

Thanks for making a video for beginners. This is something that I feel I can do every day and work up to some of the more difficult moves. I always get so discouraged when I try to follow along with other videos, but I want to make a commitment to treat myself and my body better.
