Kim Kardashian's butt. Whether you want to believe it's real or that it's fake, all I know is that her butt workout is FOR REAL. I found Kim's butt workout on the Women's Health Mag website and thought why not give it a try? The routine is developed by her trainer Melissa Alcantara, and she says that Kim does this routine 2x/week. I've created at home modifications for you guys who may not have a gym membership but still want a Kardashian booty! Oh and since we're on this topic - let me be clear that I'm trying these celeb workouts not because I want to look like a celeb, I simply want to try something new! And in doing so, I hope to be stronger while learning some things along the way. Here are the moves we will be doing today! You will want to do 4 sets of each. KIM KARDASHIAN'S BUTT LIFTING EXERCISES: 1) Walking Lunges, 20 reps. 2) Elevated glute bridge, 20 reps. 3) Goblet Squats, 15 reps. 4) Glute Kickbacks, 50 reps. 5) Bulgarian Split Squats, 12 reps each leg. 6) Hamstring Curls, 20 reps

Yeah I thought the same thing. Yes while her butt is fake she still has to maintain it. It doesn't mean that the workout is not effective. Its like when people get the surgery to lose weight. Just because you get the surgery doesn't mean you never have to workout. You will put back on the weight. So I will try this workout! If it doesn't work I will try something different. I am also going to try the Britney workout. Thank you for taking the time to show us different workouts keep up the good work! :)

Hi! Genuine question to Cassey and viewers. I have a naturally big butt, and it is something i don't really enjoy having although i know many others would kill for it. for some reason. But i am really trying to follow Cassey and all her workouts but so many of them focus on trying to make the butt bigger when all i want to do is make it smaller: ( is it possible i could skip such videos like this one? i just don't want a bigger booty!

Wow! What a workout! I think I'll add this one to my weekly routines.
I first watched it and thought nah, I can totally do it. 2nd rep I was already dying. 3rd rep I didn't know what was even happening. 4th rep I just wanted to die
I wasn't 'burning'. I was literally a sweat-fountain! Even my hands were all shiny, the sweat was just dropping off everywhere!
I can totally recommend this workout for legs and butt!

Hi! I have been doing your workouts for the last 6 months or so and you've helped me get back in shape! I recently got some weights because I want to work on getting stronger/ toning. Would you consider doing more videos like this with your own workouts? I know you talk about weight lifting in your work out routine, I would love to know what you do! Thanks!

Ayye i do almost her booty routine but i don't do lunges you can get a booty like Kim with exersice and getting enough protein and nutrition for your muscle to grow. There a supplements just for booty growth also. I've been doing her exersice mixed with Chloe Ting my favourite Go to workouts and my booty been getting pretty big haha

I think the negative comments come from the fact that she said glutes are genetic, while not acknowledging at all, the fact that she had work done. In Kim's case, it's a small percentage of genes and mainly plastic surgery and fillers. Those are just facts. Not negative or positive, just the way it is.

You seem like such a nice person. I watched the vid of the Tryguys trying thi8s video and they had such nice things to say about you had to see for myself. You give lots of nice feedback and you have a nice conversation while you work which is such a nice way to do follow along videos. Thank you!

It's a really good workout! I do wish you had filmed all the sets, at least for me, personally, it's easier to keep the motivation up to finish it all, instead of having to decide to start the video over again several times; ) But with that said, I enjoyed the workout a lot!

I tried this, and let me tell you, IT BURNS, Im used to weight trainning and because of the pandemic Im not able to train, I was hesistant to tray an at home workout, but this was amazing, even triggered my muscle memomry and my butt lift a bit.

2. I have NO idea how youre talking through the entire thing it killed me.
3. I could only do two circuits. props to those that can do all four.
