But I love it, your vids arew incredibly motivating! Amazing work!
But I can't manage to do just one forearm pushup, do you have a technique to work up to that?

All of my forms on all of these exercises are terrible. Is this set of exercises still applicable even if my form is trash or should i switch to an easier set?

These kind of workouts don-t build muscle it-s more or less a hitt workout just to burn more calories. Jus sayin, good for losing weight though
