I had a rounded shoulders for 10 years and I do exercises for 2 weeks and my posture become so great, but after 4 days I noticed APT become to me! I really want to know why this happend?

Every exercise and stretch you mentioned in this video works, but the core exercises don't as I feel my lower back engage and hardly any pressure in my abs. Can anyone help me out?

In this situation how do we do gyming. Do we need weight lifting belt or its ok? When we have to do chest workout we have to band waist and chest up ifs fine or not please reply
