This will be my opinion. The guy is a specimen, but I don't think you need to eat 4k calories to build muscle. That too much of a surplus would only make you gain fat more than anything, unless he does crazy cardio. So unless you're an athlete or do 4-5 hours of cardio everyday, DO NOT eat 4k calories nor follow this diet to the T.
Secondly, I hope he shows us that he actually eats all what he's cooking. Pretty skeptical if he eats all that food since he skips everything in editing.
Overall nice guy. I just don't believe he does everything he says unless he proves me wrong.

I'm 12 years old and I'm very skinny. I'm trying to build muscle mass and abs but don't know how to get on a diet.
Luckily, I found a legend to help!
I'm from India but I'm British (don't think I'm toooo Indian, I'm British like anyone else-) and my mum normally makes oily foods so Wilson, what would you recommend for me to eat?

Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from AgogeDiet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
