One day of rest, must be a joke! I wonder how much effort/ intensity level you put into your workout days. Besides, this split might work for you but I doubt it works for all your fans.

Thanks for not having hideous tattoos. They-re so distracting and unsightly. Don-t understand why physique trainers would want to look like a graffitied wall.
