My 5 gym & nutrition mistakes i made as a beginner - Fraser Wilson M. H. F: Okay i have a high body fat % i am only looking forward to burn fat and maintain my muscle mass i just want to look normal so i have been taking about 2, 000 cal a day and i workout 3 days a week and take rest the other days i also take the same amount of cal the rest days as well only protien rich food and just a lil bit of some snacks just to keep myself happy and i strength train with my own body weight till failure and lil cardio and stretching-
So what i am doing is good and healthy enough to lose body fat %? I just wanna do it right and yes i am committed in doing so i have been following this diet for 2 weeks now.

what's a good amount of kg to gain on a week? in my past i went to the gym followed my coach his schematics of food and trainings i went from 95kg to 159kg in less than a year: / (2hr/day worko. 5/7 only 1. 7k calls mostly rice chicken/fish vegetables) well that was obviously not my goal, now 3 years later of having my own diet and workouts (mostly cardio) from home i am 67kg but everytime i go over the 1. 4k calls i gain 1-2kg a day i'm afraid to go obese again cuz i never have the feeling tht what i gain is muscle but rather fat: /

This gave me such more motivation! I will admit it, I have gone to the gym multiple times in the past and have always quit. At this point, I had enough. I started eating better and lost about 30lbs (13. 61kg) since January 20th. I have now implemented the gym into my daily routine and i cannot wait to see what my future has in store for me!

So I have trouble gaining weight normally, I was super skinny. I-ve gained 25lbs in 4 months by going to the every 5 days. But I never do cardio Bc I feel like I don-t need to be losing more calories than I rlly need

hello, im new here, i currently weigh around 57 kg which is low for average person, but as i am very short i feel very fat. i have started working out. glad i found this video as im starting again.

I-m not fat or overweight I just have more body fat than muscle I-m 133lbs at 15 but I-ve started working our 4 days ago and I-m continuing everyday and finding more protein foods

My parents decide to get a takeaway once a week and honestly I wish we'd have them less often, I really don't like the idea of having junk so often.

You see, the thing about me is that I-m 13 years old so if I turn down McDonald-s all of a sudden my moms gonna think I-m not feeling well
