Im fat and dont have any muscles
I play games all day
Saved up money and bought a pair of dumbbells and i put 5. 5kg of plates on each one
Im on day one of doing this and i cant believe i finished the whole 20 minutes, granted i take maybe 40 - 1 minute breaks instead of the 30 seconds but im feeling good
I dont know if I'll be sore tomorrow but I'll try to do this everyday for a month and see what happens

It would be great if the video stated what muscle groups the workout is working. Even better if there was a figure on the screen as he commences and then highlight the muscle groups on the figures body to show what the muscles are being used by those work outs

Yes I liked that he didn-t talk a lot but it would be great if labels were added showing next move so I know which weight to use. Thanks for the workout!
