I love push up because it can engage many sides of your body, building chest, shoulder, arms and others but you most not be doing it fast avoid and so that it can give you what you want.
You can also challenge yourself by using timer

Reverse push up was insane man i cant even go up --- I WILL KEEP ON DOING THIS WORKOUT FOR A MONTH UNTIL I CAN DO IT FLAWLESSY!

Remember that 5 minutes is not enough people lol do multiple rounds and ensure time under tension/mind muscle connection
