Finding this pretty easy now with the max weights I have at home, how would you recommend into making it harder?
or do you have another ab video that is harder than this?
Oh and what weight are you using in the video, maybe Im not using heavy enough weights.

Just find these brilliant. I am in a medical boot with stress fractures in left foot. I miss out side planks and replace with a subs but I can still do rest. Thank you so much. If you can put together any other ideas I would be so grateful and perhaps I can come back stronger. All best wishes

1st time doing this, all was ok until the side plank dips etc i felt like my form wasnt good just coz i wasnt prepared for the 5-sec transition (we'll get there, rest of the workout after the side planks were ok. Best companion ever! Thank you so very much.

I usually do abs routines by girls, so this video had me looking at the video screen a LOT more but it was brutal with a 10#, gonna try 15 next time!
