This is a reallll difficult one. Normally I hate leg day but this was outstanding I had to drop to just bodyweight for those lunge pulses though. You are an absolute beast

Almost said, ABS are your thing but past that half way mark proved otherwise. Nice leg workout, rests definitely needed.
