This is a NO REPEAT workout where we are targeting the full body with today's HIIT workout and we are using weights to increase the intensity, burn fat and build strength! Well not only be incorporating dumbbells to build strength and lean muscle tone, but well also add bursts of bodyweight only HIIT exercises that will keep your heart rate to burn more calories

Ok DUDE! After I was 60% done I was DYING I wanted to quit so BAD! Your transition SLAPS! I took it exercise by exercise. always wanting to quit but you FLUIDLY and expertly change muscle groups to keep people like me AT IT! You are the only dude I workout with 3-4 times a week on u tube ( and your EXPERTISE is WHY) THANK YOU keep pushing us!

Hi! Around 35: 10 that exercise, every single time each of legs lowers my hip joint cracks or pops, it's pretty obnoxious and such a distraction, I stretch often and always warm up, I'm hoping you know what I mean and how to remedy it, thanks

Do like these full body workouts. Enjoy the no repetition aspect of them as well; means I give each exercise my all. Also managed to keep up, without pausing, so pretty proud of myself too! Thanks for all the great free content.

My brother did this workout with me and he is a marathon runner and a state level gymnast and he too feels that these exercises are not for the beginners cause he got so badly exhaust at the end of the session

What a great total body workout. Great strength training mixed with spurts of cardio to up the caloric burn. Can't wait to do more!

Ok done. my only problem is i have not enuf dumb bell to play with. anyway, i just follow whatever i can.
