Love it and love the format! My only request would be to mention in the title/description if it's super ab heavy like this one. I would have chosen a different full body video had I known (I'm 6 months out from giving birth, but I'm still pretty limited on abs, it gets boring planking all the time) xoxo

Find these build and burn sets really tough but rewarding. Good all over conditioning workout. When you can't decide what part of the body to workout! :) Thanks again, as always.
