Best workouts, I'm trying to reawaken the abs I had for 6 year-end lost in the lockdown months, this is already feeling good because its super painful and so tough but my body is remembering. After your 30min HIIT this was gold!

Great workout! Those plank knee to elbow exercises we a test of balance which I totally failed at.
