aca se trabaja zancadas, mountain climbers, sentadillas, planchas, burpees, planchas con flexiones d pecho, sentadillas con salto, cintura d pie, zancadas con salto mas sentadillas, es un pokitin intenso el ejercicio, hasta el min 31: 22 es la rutina de ahi para aya es estiramiento. lo hice hoy lunes 31 d enero del 2022.

I like your 30 minute cardio no equipment workouts. I do least 1 per week. Is there a difference between burpee chest to ground and burpee push-up?
