I am new to your page, workout look awesome. can you clarify the routine, for me. So I see video 1 for this week is a warm up and stretch routine, followed by the ab work out. So my question is is that the work out for the day or is it supposed to be followed by the upper body dumbbell and that first day. So is second day the next three videos? Want to do it correctly and stick with it. Thank you in advance for your response.

Hey guys! I just want to tell you that you're awesome. Great, effective and killer workouts. I love it. I am impoving basically all the parts of my body, I feel myself stronger than ever. I would love to find out what is Dan's diet plan, which helps him stay in shape. Sounds like a good idea for a new video!

Nice new warm-up. I have been trying to warm up and stretch before exercising but I am lazy so this for sure helps
