That's a cardio killer. I would love to see your workouts showing your heart rate stats and cal. burned etc. Time to step it up and get a chest strap heart monitor and show us some data for motivation. Keep up the good content.

While the exercises are sometimes hard for me. when the Song Catiso - Shut it down starts. miraculous i can do all exercises for 90 secs not only 45'!
