[HD] Dragon Gliders is a Powered Coaster Dark Ride based on the DreamWorks animation film How to Train Your Dragon. The ride is located inside DreamWorks land at Motiongate Theme Park. What do you guys think of this ride? Should they build it in the United States? or perhaps build a DreamWorks theme Park in America? If you guys have the chance to visit Dubai in the future, definitely visit Motiongate theme park.

I think they should put a lot of things in California. I mean they have so many amazing rides in Florida at all the parks n then u go to the California parks n it's nothing like the stuff they have in Florida. Now granted I have never been to any of the Florida parks but I have seen a lot videos n read a lot on what they have out there compared to what we have in California n it seems like a lot more exciting rides then we have out here. So yes California 100% needs to get with the program n have more exciting experiences for the people out here that may not be able to travel or just have not done so yet.

Honestly, it could do with some improvements. The animatronics seemed a little clunky and should have more fluid, life-like motions. The VR wasn't very immersive, heck Disney's VR attraction Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride - which came out in 1998 - was more immersive. For improvements to the VR portion, I would look to the techniques that Univeral Studios implemented in several of its rides - like the Harry Potter ride and the Spiderman ride.

Woah, I'm actually impressed by this one. Are you sure this is from Motiongate? lmaoAlso, does this use the same mechanical arm mechanism as the Harry Potter ride at Universal? It looked like the same layout for the most part. edit: wait, nvm. Maybe not. It seems to be suspended from the ceiling itself, not attached to an arm. Still a cool ride though. Too bad it's not worth it to go since it's surrounded by utter shit: /

This is cool and they should definitely make something like this at universal, but all I got to say is it should be improved on. Like the ride stopping just for the video kind of kills the experience. Like at Disney world they have rides like this but the motion never stops so you don't feel like your suddenly watching a clip of something.

I think it would definitely be neat if they built a Dreamworks themed park in the US. This reminded me of the Harry Potter ride at Universal but your suspended from a track above vs being on an extended arm thing.

This is so far the only Motiongate ride I've seen that actually has a clear, easy to follow story, and I jsut to hold this under the noses of the park developers saying See, See, This is how make a good dark ride

Love the mix of animatronics and animation Other than that though the ride itself seemed kind of short and lackluster. Especially compared to the broomstick ride at Universal which has similar seats.

Anyone else wish they'd bring back how to train your dragon live spectacular? I heard about it only last year and now I really wish I had seen it in person: (This looks fun too though.

WOW a good ride at MotionGate? Hell has frozen over LOL Glad they at least made one good ride for the park. I am a dark ride freak so may have to go ride one day.

I think they should build a ride coaster with augmented reality goggles that lets you experience really riding in the back of toothless. That would be awesome.
