So empty and not private at all. Just carts moving around a pretty empty open room. Like not knowing where all the carts are going and seeing them just randomly riding around is just annonying. It should have taken Symbolica from the Efteling as an example or the snow white attraction from disney So compact yet so decorated and beautiful But that is sadly not what they did, they threw away so much potential

This just looks so. boring. I mean youre just moving at a slow pace the whole time looking at statues with a bad voiceover the whole time. Its just so empty in most parts. If there were more animatronics and more theming instead of just. ground, it would have been good. Well I suppose it would also need a little bit of a better story. besides that haha.

Trackless? Stop telling lies friend. I could clearly see the light tan track that, through non mechanical means, guided the car. Just because it is not a steel, mechanical track does not mean there is no track. This track is of a different sort. Think about what you are going to say before you say it.

I feel like I need to go back and watch mystic manor. Why use trackless mechanics when you aren't going to do something interesting with them? At the very least the rock band scene the cars could have stayed looking at the show until it was time to go to the next room.

I may not live in Dubai but since I have autism I think the ride is cool I mean sure the animatronics are not advanced but it has cool scenery and funny moments from the film and even the villain Quasimodo is present. I like the ride and it deserves to be in Motiongate

The House light are on, the cars are moving slower, and not all the animatronics are on. This had to have been a special media day Otherwise they wouldnt have had the house lights on, and the pups animatronic would be on and the ride would go faster

I honestly get where they were going with the large, seemingly empty spaces there, because obviously castles are very large and very open. But I agree with the other posters here. So much could have been done, but wasn't. What a shame

Well, I don't see any reason to go to Dubai. Loved Hotel Transylvania 1 and loved Mavis, but this implementation of the ride was poor. Try to imagine how Disney would have done something like this if it has been one of their properties.

All the rides are starting to look the same way Big Empty just riding around they need to make it more interest like they used to it's like Disney is going downhill I love Disney but it's like it's going down hill a little bit

This just seemed a little boring. there was so much potential and they missed the mark badly. It was more like a museum that had ques to say generic dialog from the movies and a few movie screens. Rather poorly executed imo.
