I didn't even know Shanghai had a Disneyland until about an hour ago. Wow. I wonder what Disney would have thought about this? Well, I know what he would have thought but I won't say it. But this park seems to be done so wonderfully. I can't help but be impressed. I always wondered what China would think of Mulan. Guess it's OK. I grew up in Vietnam in the 50's and 60's. It was a different time. Great animosity between the Vietnamese and the Chinese. I sure hope that's lessening. Like the song says, It's a small world after all. :) Thank you for sharing this SoCal. I was actually crying in parts of it. But I wanted to chuck every one of those smart phones But I understand why people use them. It was fun to watch that little boy get so excited. That Western influences can bring joy to children of all ages, is great. :) Songs

I love your vids and Thank You for posting them Something a bit strange. a lot of the characters look just a bit. off. Ariel and Sebastian in particular. I know this may sound like a less than intelligent thing to say but they look too cartoony. Even the blush on Ariel's cheeks seems misplaced. Does anyone else agree?

This attraction seems as if it will add scenes over time. The Tangled display wasn't functioning properly, but it would normally depict the lanterns rising into the sky with cascades of water hiding the supports in the same way the Magic Carpet was shown flying.

This is a very nice ride. While the outdoor character animatronics were low tech and average, the lovely water displays and the indoor screens made it a bit magical. The audible oohs and ahhhs while they were indoors tells the story. :-)

keep in mind everyone who's complaining about how boring this is, every park needs a cooldown ride where you can sit down for more than a few minutes and get your energy back while still getting a little disney magic

Have to say that Shanghais fantasyland is definitely the weakest part of this park. This is the only truly original attraction in the land and its underwhelming to say the least.

In the part just before Mulan, there are water fountains that did not work like they did before. It's the second video where I see this problem in this ride.
