Nice footage! For those who don't know the layout. 4: 12 is a side view of the Jungfrau which I first saw from Wengen in Summer 1969, and after watching Neil Armstrong on early morning July 20, the alpenglow on the Jungfrau was unforgettable. 4: 15 shows the Eiger, with the North Face mostly hidden facing left. and at 4: 48 straight ahead of the climber, the highest peak is the Finsteraarhorn, hard to see from the valleys below the clouds, but the highest peak in the Bernese Alps at 4274m.

Did a shorter summit snow ridge like that years ago on Eldorado in the North Cascades. So cool. Have been to the region you're in several times. Last time was this past August. I don't really climb anymore, and was with my non-climbing family, but always look up to the summits there with a bit of yearning. You guys are super inspiring.

Guys. I know Im stating the obvious but what you guys do is incredibly dangerous. As a Swiss we read about people like yourself dying. EVERY SINGLE WEEK! And even the best makes a mistake or has bad luck. Its just a matter of time. Look at Ueli Steck- the Swiss machine died in the mountains. Please tone it down guys. be safe.

so. if the guy on the rope in front of you blew out a step and started careening down that steep face, were you ready to dive off the other side of the ridge? Just hope the 3rd guy on the rope didn't fall. Could yank you off into the abyss before you knew what was happening.

You should look at the White Cloud Peaks loop on all trails. Its in a beautiful range right by the sawtooth range in Idaho that is utterly incredible yet empty as everyone in the area spends there time across the highway. Its 28 miles and a lot of elevation gain but gorgeous

How not to climb at 3: 01 - if youre going to rope up on a slope, you must put in runners/protection otherwise if one climber falls, he will pull the others off with him (and no, you wont have time to jump over the other side or have the strength to hold them.

Great smash and grab. I'd love it if you could explain how you guys do your footwear on mountain days? It's got me all confused, you always go with trainers but then seem to strap on crampons? What am I missing here? Maybe a gear review? Awesome vid!

You guys really keep the summit inspiration strong in me. Thank you so much for sharing all of your adventures.
Also, very often do people get a good laugh out of your guys merch when I wear it.

This could be the start of new group of videos: Mediocre shorts. Was pleasantly surprise to see this pop up today. I really want to see you amateurs tackle the Haute Route in winter.

By the way, if you guys get the Halbtax card for a year, it's about half price for these lifts.
Which makes it more affordable to go to Switzerland.

Can we take up a collection to get Chase a new helmet? Everytime I see him with that Petzel on I think he's wearing it backwards.
