My favorite one that you said is that you don't have to travel with your friends. I'm 25 and personally I would prefer being a solo traveler because I dont like to wait around for others. My thing is if I wait for others I won't go anywhere. I also plan to live abroad one day and it's a little easier to transition. I'm visiting Scotland in a couple months and it's my first international trip and I'm also solo. So I'm excited. thanks for the informative videos.

Honestly totally agree with you, traveling solo is the best, Ive traveled with friends and it does suck cause then theyre too tired or dont want to go to certain places n just wanna stay in the hotel, last year for my 20th birthday after paying all my bills I decided to head to Europe, so I went to 5 different countries which was the best thing I ever done. And now Im heading back at the end of month gladly (:

Hi Mark! First of all I'd like to thank you for your videos, you do a great job explaining a lot of things about the places you go or you've been to. It's really helpful to me because I'm planing to visit lots of places, so with your videos I have lots of information to go to those countries. Thanks a lot again, keep doing videos! Kind regards from a 19 yo Barcelona guy!

My wife and I love to travel, but we don't go on relaxing trips. We do our research beforehand and then during the trip we go go go and try to see and do as much as possible. Sometimes I wonder if I'm overdoing it. Mark's reassurance makes me feel much better about it. But I also plan realistically and have enough time for things so that we don't feel too rushed.

I think that you can never be too old to travel. It's about finding the time that is best for you. Some have more money than others, some are afforded the ability to travel for study and work whilst others aren't. You can have a home and kids in your 30's, but you can also not have. It's all about finding your own time.

You can travel in that way at any Age as long you're open Minded. I wasn't well funded in my 20s and only did some Continental Travelling back then. Now, I'm pushing 50 like Mark but without any Wife and Child and I'm not backing down.

I was lucky enough to start traveling when I was 19. The main reason being that I got a job right out of highschool and decided to find a place. As long as you have a cheap place and a good job, you can travel as much as you want
reply

Yea, its hard to travel when you are poor. If I had to stop working to travel I would come back homeless.
Harp on about cheap traveling all you want but some people are trapped in jobs and cant even afford to get out.

reply

Dont pressure yourselves folks, if you have the time and can afford then by all means do it if you cant then dont go loaning money from someone just to travel then be stuck with paying back that loan.
