I was there on the 4th. Went through the secondary area avoiding main street, then took another behind the scenes area to tomorrowland where the stage used to be. Ended up watching the fireworks from the Astro Orbiter, Peoplemover, and the Tomorrowland Speedway. Some of the smoke and gunpowder got in my eyes on the Speedway but was other wise good. Also watched the fireworks on the 3rd from the top of Bay Lake Tower which was awesome. Looked like a fun time Tim!

Excellent blog as always.
I do have a complaint. When you was riding on Big thunder mountain, your expression when told to remove glasses looks like stop the train and do you know who I am it so looked like when Meghan Merkel when she was told at Wimbledon in the VIP she should not be wearing jeans and she also got her security staff to stop people from taking pictures. Your face is a picture my wife and I was laughing. Keep up the good work

I am so bummed that I missed you! We were in Animal Kingdom and Epcot at the same time! I just caught up with your videos after my Disney vacation and I couldn't believe it! It was unbelievable but I wish I could have bumped into you!

A secret tip. If you get a VIP during the after hour events (not so spooky Halloween, Mickey's Christmas Party etc) you still get to go through the fastpass line even though it is closed for everyone else. So you get a Super Fast Pass
