we head to the Contemporary Resort where we set sail on the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. We start out the night with some light bites that included chips and salsa, pita and hummus, rice crispy treats, cookies, cupcakes, Mickey ice cream sandwiches, as well as coffee, tea, ice tea, and Pirate Punch. While we were enjoying the light bites we also had the chance to get our photograph with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee! Once we finished our snacks we headed down the the water where we boarded the boats and set sail on Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon as a pirate lead us in a sing-a-long and told plenty of pirate jokes along the way! We passed by the Electrical Water Pageant for a close up view before parking the boat for a view of Happily Ever After really close to the Magic Kingdom. After the fireworks our pirate host gave out prizes to the kids on the boat for any trivia they got correct (or if they didn't get any trivia correct he still gave them a prize. We came back to shore to an awaiting Peter Pan and Tinkerbell! We had the chance to meet Peter and get our photo taken with him! It was such a fun experience! The cost was $68. 24 for each of us with the total cost after tax and gratuity being $152. 88

Ok I have a theory. Pirate Jim (aka Patch) and his wife Nicole first saw Jenn and Tim on the Pirate Cruise and thought they looked like nice pirate loving people. Then because he was a vegan pirate, Pirate Jim got thrown into pirate jail because no one would take him seriously eating a salad (pirates can be so mean. Pirate Jim again saw Jenn and Tim when he was jailed and he was able to sneak out of the cell and they took him to their home. They wanted to teach him to be a true Floridian. They took him and his wife to a Turkish restaurant and then to Epcot to practice how to fit into being a normal person. And now Pirate Jim has even run for office as a town councilman at the Magic Kingdom and is an upstanding citizen (although maybe a few ballot boxes were stuffed, can't stop some pirate tendencies! Congrats Pirate Jim!

Just now watching this, a little behind on some stuff. LOL. Fun fact, Tim, about the eye patch - I had never heard that, but will now never forget it! Just watched your interaction with 2 citizens of Main St. (day of Dorian) yesterday, and just realized - the pirate with the beard here is 1 of them (I remembered him, 'cause I thought he was cute): ) This was very cute - thanx for sharing!
Big hugs to both of you, Baby Boy Tiny Tracker, and Bandit!

I remember doing this activity during a family reunion. It was so much fun. Had a blast doing the disney trivia. And the fireworks show was fantastic. Meeting and greeting characters. one of the best memories to have. So glad you guys got a chance to do this.

Anyone know who the pirate tour guide is? Hes so good! Ive seen him on another Tim tracker video but he was dressed as a mayor or city councilman. Hes really impressive at improv! Id love to follow his social media if anyone knows who he is.

The Pirate in the blue tabard must be twins with the guy who was the mayor at Magic Kingdom who you didn't vote for! I wonder how their parents feel about their career choices; P

Pirates did NOT wear eye patches to see better in the dark. That's an urban legend/ false info with absolutely no historical evidence to back it up.

This is one of my favorites. Your pirate friend wink wink was amazing. Hope we encounter this young man when we visit. Much love from CT

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who cries at fireworks. I sat here watching them in tears and then Tim pans to crying Jenn. love it.
