Sounds like the Louisiana food was a big hit! Boudin is a favorite here, you can even get it in convenience stores for breakfast lol. Pralines are basically boiled sugar and cream so chocolate chips would melt in there, but I bet you could dip them in chocolate. I have also heard of chocolate pralines but they are not traditional. Flower & Garden is my favorite time of year at Disney and I cant wait to go this year! Thanks for the preview.

1: 59: we were at DW 1st 2 weeks of February. We went to Epcot one afternoon and that entire stretch of garden was bare soil. not a plant in sight. I dont even think the strip of grass was there. We went back the next morning and it was completely finished as you see here. Amazing!

Im kinda confused, what are the rides that are actually open at EPCOT? Im planning a trip and the people Im going with are interested only in rides not the festivals so I dont know if it would be actually worth going since there is a lot of construction and changes /:

Colors are actually brighter when its cloudy because the light is diffused and evenly spread, where as when its sunny it acts almost as a spotlight. Also, shadows and reflections are softer when its not sunny

epcot is one of my favorite parks and i am glad all this construction is going on to modernize future world but it does make navigating the park unpleasant. can't wait for the finished product!

I love Flower & Garden festival! I agree Tim that I like the older style topiaries better than the ones they are making with the realistic plastic looking faces.

They should just rename the festivals the 3 food festivals; Spring, Fall, and Winter. Thats all anyone does at those things anyway is just eat.

That's not Boudin, way too much meat, the ratio should be almost completely reversed. Its more of a rice dressing in sausage casing.
