we head to EPCOT at Disney World for the last day of the International Festival of the Arts! Jenn hadn't been yet this year so we wanted to go for the last day so she could try some of the food items she was looking forward to and have some general festival fun! We started with a little park update, get our passholder magnet and showed some of the new ride construction. Then we head into World Showcase to try some food! We started by going clockwise and going towards Mexico. Then we made our way to the China booth to try some spicy beef shumai and pork bun. They were both really good but the pork was a little chewy. We also tried some items from the Cuisine Classique (the seared corvina was really really good) and the Refreshment Outpost (the plant based bratwurst was not so good. At the America pavilion we tried the beef wellington and seared sea scallop, the beef was a little over done and chewy but the scallop was cooked perfectly and very good! We ended at the Japan booth where we had the sushi donut, also very good and something Jenn gets every year! This was a great trip and we were so happy to be able to make it out for the last day! We can't wait to go again next year, this is one of our favorite EPCOT festivals for sure!

In case no one has said - thats an actual style of cooking a drumstick - often called a chicken lollipop - its made by separating the meat from the bone on just that area of the drumstick then shoving towards the wider end and then cooking in that shape - my brother makes a grilled one but they can be baked or smoked - pretty usual in California

Hi there! My husband and I are big fans and we enjoy watching your videos. Im just wondering how are you not the voice of Kermit the frog? You are a dead ringer for Jim Hensons voice! Please intro one of your videos Kermit thee frog here. From Robb and Tracy.

Can I make a suggestion? Maybe when youre showing where things are, you could do a sped-up time lapse of you walking there so people get a better idea of where things are between filming in two locations. You guys are great! Love your content. Hi Jackson!

yea. lol the nugget. its called a chicken lollipop. you were right it is like the drumstick of the wing and all the meat is pulled up to the top and rolled into the nugget lol but because its the wing you're right it is very gristle-y.

You guys were lucky, I was there the day before. Forgot about the half-marathon. Parked in the back corner of the E lot. I thought, well, at least there is the tram. But no trams. Never going on that weekend again.

You could literally HEAR the Ballinger family in the background of the video starting at 12: 50 & I even saw Bailey causally in the background too lol. I came over here as soon as I saw their video today.

Hey Tim. the weird chicken style is referred to as lollipop chicken leg. similar to frenching the ribs on pork or beef. the legs are to resemble lollipops.

At 12: 00 it's called a lollipop chicken leg. You cut around the bone and push the meat to the end of the bone. I think they jabbed a bone in the chicken

The drumstick is made by cutting through the skin and meat at the base of the drumstick and shoving it up to the top. Makes a meat lollipop.
