we make Jackson's very first Halloween costume! We talked about what we wanted to dress him as last year at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom and now it's finally time to create the costume! We head to Joann Fabrics to get our supplies and then we head home to start making it. We take a short break to eat dinner and then start our crafting the next day. We take you through the steps it took to make the wings and the additions to his headband and we show you the parts of the costume we purchased from Amazon. Then we have him try it out! He seemed to like wearing it and crawling around the house in it. And he looked SO CUTE! We still can't get over how adorable he was in it!

I love that hes basically doing laps. Why does his Crowling around in that costume remind me of the time my sister was dressed as Glinda for Halloween but decided to be a pig in a picture at the farm. She was on her hands and knees just like Jackson in front of the pig pen dressed as Glinda

I just made the same Martha and Marley Spoon recipe, same opinion about the ends! I just broke up with them though: ( Sadly, their delivery company was consistently 1-2 days late and by then the food was usually spoiled. Great job on the costume.

Piglet is my all-time favourite Disney character. Like ever. Like, if I could only attend one other character meal ever, if I could attend the one at crystal palace, I would be happy. So Im super stoked that Jackson is going as piglet

if you havent paid for the fabric you can always change your mind and give it back to them. if is a yard or less they will just make it in to a remnant. from former joanns employee

Not gonna lie. I had no clue this was a homemade costume until now I legit thought this was a costume bought from the store. You guys did an amazing job!

Awww. great work you two! You could have bought a costume, but there wouldn't have been these sweet memories of making it. Adorable!

Jackson is just such a doll; I could watch him all day! And I was amazed at how long he kept the headband on! Such a cutie!
