When I was in college my anthropology professor told us that the fake banana flavoring in foods is actually based off the the original banana, but we over harvested and killed off the OG banana so now what we know of as the banana today is the Beta banana, which has a much more subtle taste. Thats probably why fake banana flavoring seems so off

We have been to the parks 6 times now & try to find the Trackers every time with no luck! We were finally able to get into Gideons this time & when asked where we heard about them we told them from Tim & Jenn Tracker & they said oh yeah they come in here often! One day we will meet the Tracker family in person!

Little fact about that banana flavor: it is derived from a banana that no longer exists because of disease eradicating it. The yellow bananas we have now are the genetically modified kind that are resistant to that disease but also less sweet and a little more starchy than that original

Our favorites were the dishes at the Morocco booth and the turkey poutine which was very hearty. Scarfed it down with a nice tart cranberry cider. The best part when we visited the Fest was the Cast Members, who were moving those lines like crazy.

So excited to see the spaceship earth beacon of magic in this video. we just got back from there and missed it on our trip. festival was delicious and we ran out of time to see everything there. keeps us coming back for more.

Disney World has become so over priced for what you get. I moved to Florida 17 years ago and have not have set foot in DisneyWorld. When we lived in CT we visited every year and stayed on property.

I just can't with disney anymore. Their prices. Their portions. I go to Seaworld for their food festivals now. Huge meal sized portions for $6. Yes please. And usually Their food tastes better
