I have a tiny suggestion, if you don't mind my two cents. If it's later in the season for gathering a wild salad and the greens are starting to get a little tougher/ chewier it helps to fully toss the salad in the dressing and allow it to sit and wilt the salad a bit. It helps tenderize the plants. I also like to bulk up my foraged salads with some lettuce to help diversify the texture and mellows out the flavor of stronger flavored herbs.

I really like the foraging videos. they have been very helpful, however, do you know anything about what might be better for vitamins intake, protein, and such? it is important to keep your body in working condition on the trails and off the beaten path.
