24 Hours in Cannon Beach, Oregon: Where to eat, hike and explore

Cannon Beach is one of the most popular destinations on the Oregon Coast. I have visited the area many times over the years and always love going back to see the striking coastal views. Here are some of my favorite spots in the city to explore over 24 hours. Austin: I live and work at the Cannon Beach Conference Center. I've lived here for almost a year now and I can't recommend visiting Cannon Beach enough. It's an absolutely magical place, this video could hardly scrape the surface of all there is to see, eat, and do here (and that's not anything against it, there's just SO much to do here.

Thank you for your video and review. I didn't get a chance to try Insomnia but I did try the sleepy monk and it was nothing short of aweful. My husband and I ordered lattes and after a couple sips we dumped them out. I would never reccomend that coffee to anyone reading this.

Makes me think of the year I graduated from college, got a job offer in Portland. Cannon Beach was the very first place I went to! Wow! What a peaceful, very friendly and lovely place

I lived in Vancouver WA for a little over a year. Made at least a dozen trips to Cannon Beach. The Oregon coast is amazing! Have you hiked Neahkahnie Mountain? It is one of the best coastal views in America!

I'm planning a solo trip out to Oregon and this video was awesome! Gives me some great insight on what to see and do. Do you think one day is enough for exploring this coastal town? Any other recommendations?

I love cannon beach I was there a few day's ago. visting family in North Platte, OR it an hour was from there home man what a great time. if you get the Opportunity to visit Cannon beach go!

We just lucked at finding Tom's, it was quite good. I liked it a lot! I want to go back and walk to the point you showed to have a nice view. We just hung out in town. Hug Point next time. ;)

Would love to hike the forest trails, and end with a dip in the ocean. is there a popular beach within walking distance of a trail? I assume July/August would be the best time?
