20 Miles Alone in the Rockies - AdventureArchives TailEnd88: AA was in Colorado and I missed it! -
Seeing as how you enjoyed yourself, I really do hope you guys come back around. I'm in Colorado Springs, so it was kind of nice seeing a trail from the Denver area. I can only do day hikes right now (being a mom I have much adulting to do -_-. BUT I am a professional chef so I can make sure you are all well fed! So I really hope I hear about the next time you gents are out here XD

Oh my god, this is exactly where my first backpacking trip was! I shouted when I saw the name of the trailhead. Long story short: I made about every mistake in the book and had a miserable time, but so glad I went. Also from the Midwest and had a hard time adjusting to the elevation. I-ll never forget this trip, and it made me decide to move out west.

I visited Denver, Colorado for a wedding & to visit some friends. The closes we got to scenic was when we took the Royal Gorge train route. There is a lot places I want to visit. We are definitely going back. Oh a question you probably have already been asked. Have you or when you are with the other guys ever heard -strange- noises?

Awesome video. Even though I-ve lived in Colorado the last 20 years-yes-the elevation still bites. (But in my defense I-m originally from Hawaii. Still, I-m a hiking addict and was tickled to see you in our state. Come back soon please and do more. I-m always thoroughly entertained and awed at your adventures.

There has never been a more legit -Yo Bear- situation than when crossing those shrubs to your campsite. That whole area, even the campsite, looks perfect for bears haha Colorado is so great, shocked this is the first video from there. Give Montana a trip as well. Big Sky Country is so worth it.

Is it true that you composed every piece in this one too? Normally you use existing songs for mini episodes. And that orchestral piece after Patreon address. How did you manage that! Don't tell me you guys also picked up a bunch of classical instruments on top of your many talents! -

Somehow I missed this one, so I'm really enjoying this. Nice job as always Rob! I've been to Rocky Mountain more than a few times (30 years ago) but never hiked in the back country, so this video was a real treat. THANK YOU for all your efforts!
That's a cool hat.

Sorry about the smoke when you were out here- Indian peaks wilderness is cool because it-s close to Denver. There are some really beautiful places to hike and backpack. Weminuche wilderness, Holy Cross, flat tops wilderness areas are beautiful. Come back soon! Enjoy-

Oof, that smoke man. I'm so glad fall is here to get rid of the smoke and fires, it's been rough out west.
On a more positive note: great video, it was very beautiful. I can't wait to make some trips out to Colorado!

You have to come back and do some section hikes on the CT. I did sections 1-8 last year. The views between Kenosha and copper mountain are epic, and plenty of places to overnight for a 1-2 nighter backpacking trip
