I remember flying home through Frankfurt from Stockholm with Lufthansa. I was supposed to be seated in row 1 as I was just out of hospital and still had stitches in my abdomen. When I boarded at Frankfurt my seat had been reassigned. I was given a window seat in the back row. Not practical when you've been cut open from chest to waist. I got a frosty response from the FA when I complained, until I lifted my T-shirt. All I wanted was an aisle seat for ease of access. There were empty seats on the flight and I got an aisle seat, but I had to sit at window until the plane took off. Not a happy experience with Lufthansa considering they knew in advance that I was travelling.

I've been binge watching these travel videos. Years ago I saw a short ad or video about First Class service on some airline, going to Asia if I remember correctly. The service now looks even better.
I always thought I'd like to be rich enough so I could take some of these flights. Not because I wanted to actively go the other countries. I just wanted to fly there and back, enjoying the amenities and luxuries.

In regards to the airline using only one jet bridge, it probably was an operational issue. That-s usually the case. You cannot take things at face value. Unless there-s something you didn-t bring up, during the boarding process.

of course its tight i mean the a330 is the smallest wide body on the market and sure enough small cabin size equates to small loo okay think about the size of your plane and then talk about -spaciousness-

The whole Hon member nonsense is baffling, it's a perk that ruins the experience for other customers who will potentially never come back just because someone else might be paying a bit extra

Good FAs or any form of personal service are really the highlight of going out/traveling. The amount of care people put into making other people comfortable and happy is really commendable.

I find that Swiss is the poor relation of Lufthansa. The lounges are sub par and the aircraft are old.

The worst customer experiences I-ve had in the air is always Swiss. Never had a good experience with them.
