Can anyone give me a link to Wizzair welfare? This company (I don't have words to call them) sent me a letter in response to my complain asking to write a complain in their welfare section. But there is no such section on their webpage and the search shows nothing! I'm going to sue them but I cannot send them a complain before that. They denied me to get on board to Bulgaria, though I have an opened Shengen visa. I lost thousands euro because of that. I got no any written explanation. I was driven out with nothing. And I cannot complain on their webpage because it is impossible!

I have flown Wizz Air a few times, just like I have flown dosens of other airlines around Europe. I actually think they are ok for a budget airline. Way way better than Ryanair, for instance. I like that they have fairly cheap inflight drinks, which I tend to purchase when I fly. And the cabin crew are quite friendly and seem to enjoy their job. This can certainly not be said about all airline crews.

WizzAir is a scam airline that routinely cancels flights. Under a false pretext they will give you an option to get a refund or credit. This of course will never happened. I am one of thousands who have yet to receive a refund a month after requesting. They will charge you for their customer service call centers but then again these call centers do not exist.

I love wizz air. No because of nice flights, but because of super convenient routes at more than fair prices. Now that theyve boosted LGW a lot it got way better and I can get home to Italy for very cheap fares, on nice planes and almost always on time.
Much better than going all the way to STN and feeling the pain of both Ryanair and Stansted itself

I can't agree, based on my experience, Ryanair is better. I flew five times with Ryanair, everything was nice (on time, clean, cheap. The flight with Wizz Air was late and more expensive. I know, just personal experience. I also have a friend who loves Wizz Air, but even he says, that Wizz Air is usually not punctual.

I used to do this on Ryanair when they did penny flights. Went Prestwick to Beauvais for a few hours then back. Had a croissant and a coffee and took some paperwork to do. Also went Prestwick Stansted and straight back on the same plane and same crew. Was back in my house by 9: 30am

Don't be fooled by what is said here, I bought it since I thought it was a cheap ticket, but they changed the flight date 3 times and I've been trying to get a refund for 4 months now. I still have not received my refund, they will not give it, scammers!

I would have flown somewhere warm for the last challenge flight and stayed there for a few days to recover and explore the city, beach. I would not want to go home just flying around and not having an actual break abroad lol

I was thinking what a pain it will be to have to take two Southwest air flights for 5 hours total to get from Pittsburgh to Denver in September, that is nothing compared to your endurance test Noel, amazing!

Because that was cheap, if you wanted to have the best experience try to avoid this thing. Lol! But for me I haven't any issues in this cheap airlines anyway they're awesome!

at work we have a golden rule to avoid date going wrong. instead of 01/02/2023 or 02/01/2023 we always use 01/feb/2023. this always is clear and simple to use.
