JetBlue MINT STUDIO: What They DON'T Tell You! Jackie: Yep, I whole heartedly agree. I LOVE JetBlue, definitely my preferred US Airline. They have phenomenal flight attendants, spacious seats and great food. However, the whole charging Mint but flying economy for certain legs of the trip is not good. I recently booked a Mint flight from upstate NY to Aruba (had to connect in JFK. The flight from upstate NY to JFK had no Mint experience, which was fine because honestly it's only an hour flight and smaller plane. However, they did offer Even More Space seats. I thought surely because I had purchased the Mint ticket I would be able to select one of those seats for the first, short leg of my flight. I was wrong - they actually charged me extra money for those seats, just as if I had bought the entire ticket as an Economy flight. I thought this was absolutely crazy.

I had a pretty horrendous experience flying back home from Vegas on JetBlue. First my original flight was canceled due to weather, fair enough I was heading to New York in winter. When I got my new flights, I had all of 9 minutes to get from the gate I arrived at in Terminal 5 of JFK to the gate that I needed to get to to get home. My final flight got delayed so I got a minute to catch my breath, but they changed gates several times in less than an hour and I just missed the doors closing and couldn't get my flight. I had to wait there literally all day, from 9 AM to 7 PM to catch a flight to a city an hour from home. Absolutely miserable experience.

I had the pleasure of flying this from Dallas to London with a stopover in NYC. Not in first class, but the economy class was still wonderful. Quite a lot of legroom for economy, and a lot of amenities (chapstick, pillows, blankets, earplugs, etc. The food was also comparable to what you'd find at a restaurant on the ground. Also half the price of legacy airlines. I flew it just 2 weeks after you published this video and had no problems with it whatsoever. Maybe they saw your video and improved, who knows.
Maybe JetBlue is the true first hybrid airline ever along with Air Premia & Zip Air Tokyo.

I got upgraded from a regular mint seat to the studio on a cross country flight in December. I actually prefer the seats in the back. The studio is too close to the flight attendants so you get to see their every move which I found distracting.
Also, I prefer the old 2-1 mint setup where the seats are front facing. I like looking out when I fly and the newer set up is angled to where you have to look back and on to the side to see out the window. Still a great experience though and I would gladly do it again.

That's Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan. and Diet Pepsi not Coke. amenity kits are a complete waste of money which you pay for 20 times more than it's worth in your Business class fare. I have flown BC many times and never used them, took it home for my kids or gave them away. I usually travel 4=6 times a year but since the plandemic, i refuse to wear a face diaper and take Jim Jones Juice. it's over now until another shut down, so i will be traveling to Mexico in a cpl weeks. The freest country in the world right now.

I booked last month with JetBlue and already had to make a couple of changes in itinerary and seats and to be honest this had been the best web experience I have had with an airline. I was in and out with my changes in 5 minutes even getting a refund because my new dates were cheaper. No hassle, easy to understand website and no tricks.

You are fortunate to have made it all the way in an Airbus. I have to admit though that the amenities offered by JetBlue is something totally unexpected. It was not that many years ago that JetBlue was a last resort, bottom of the barrel airline.

I really hate what they did with the new suites where you are facing inside the plane and its hard to look outside the window. I liked the original configuration like what was shown in Casey Neissat's video. They should have kept it like that.

I love watching your films. Only just discovered them. They are so interesting. You love the aeroplane details and I l am interested in the meals. Thank you for spending more time on them and describing them. I am quite envious of your travels!

I love it! I have been in that terminal at Heathrow. Nearby there is a pub, as well as a place where I had French oysters on the half shell and salmon tartare. And I have scored snacks in the snack shop you were in.

We flew JB JFK to Heathrow in February even more space economy seats. Had a lot of leg room for economy seat. We chose JB specifically because of the leg space in economy since we can't afford business class.

I've flown JetBlue MINT STUDIO a couple of times and it's definitely one of the best experiences out there - the hospitality and comfort make it worth every penny! Even my enemies have been impressed!

Ill never forget the thats for mint customers only video.
Question: why does it seem like USians get a hard on for the news? They put wayyyy too much emphasis on having access to the news.

just get some sort of a lounge contract worked out jet blue then you'll have hit the nail on the head. I've seen other videos of the food and the new mint seats 5 stars on both aspects

I noticed when you did the flight map that you likely went over my home. Lol and was like that'd be cool to see him fly by some day while tracking on flight radar

Jet Blue is the best airline I've ever been on. Granted I almost always fly with them, always great service, decent internet, and amazing piltos and crew!

It's a great looking product but somewhat expensive compared to other options. And the only way I would fly with this airline is if they start using Manchester.

I hate when the screen's touchscreen because you have to reach forwards every single time. I much prefer to have controls on the seat or a remote or whatever.

Give me a pre-flight pasty, a Dr Pepper and a peparami, then seal me inside an airtight aluminium tube with 300 strangers and let the flatulence begin.

Never flown JetBlue but Ive never heard anything but good things about it! I always fly slowwest airlines (southwest) or rattlebox airways (delta)
