I flew back from Bangkok to Heathrow with Qatar airlines August 2020
I booked business class.
Both flights were in the Q suites, fabulous!
The business lounge at Doha is amazing too!
I love the way you can close the door from your seat for more privacy.

for me the 'other' Qatar business class is always awesome too. What makes Qatar stand out is the soft product. Food always amazing, wine lovely, great movies and the like and SUPER attentive and warm staff. I dont really care about having that much privacy and I sleep just as well in both seats. Pretty much my favourite airline.

This is my dream class. I love the style, the colours of Qatar and the service is great because it's not as extreme as Emirates for example. It's more professional, less you're the king like. The cabin looks so stylish and modern, the lights are cozy and the seats are perfect (no leather but comfy cloth)

I can't imagine black pudding going down well with a lot of their Muslim customers. I assume religious considerations are part of the menu of planning. Though having said that if the sausage is pork rather than chicken, they wouldn't opt for the cooked breakfast anyway.

I just met noel today in small town muscle shoals Alabama, very nice and polite man. I find that people that get to travel the world for work is very cool. Very cool review all in all. Hope you enjoy your stay in Alabama and make it back home safe and sound.

The remake of Dunkirk is terrible - watch the original from 1958 instead. As for black pudding, I love the stuff! You should try Canarian Morcilla Dulce which is a black pudding that also has fruit and nuts in it. its phenomenal: D

You can arrive in UK and no quarantine? I live in Davao and work in Cebu, Philippines. Went home for Christmas and on return to Cebu had to do 14 days quarantine even though I had negative tests before leaving Davao on a 40 minute flight.

Qatar are great! We had this plane flying Business class home to Australia last JulyI, I do agree with you, the seats arent very private. It takes a bit of getting used to after flying Q Suite because its so open. Great video, Thanks!

Hey Noel,
Im a regular on the 787 of Qatar airways. About the arm rest while the seat is reclined, theres a clear option on the seat controls to adjust its height. Hope you check it out next time.

Oh l wish! It seems over here in Oz, it will be another year before they let us fly. But, it will be with Qatar. I have done Q suites, and these. Both were great. It is all about the service, and quality. Stay safe.

As I have been on both business class and Q-shit I have to say, the seat in the Dreamliner is way better than the seat in q-suite but q-suite does offer more privacy and is better in almost every other way

My entertainment screen was glitching out from Qatar to Heathrow and being awkward couldn't be bothered asking them to reset it or whatever so I just watched the map spin in circles the whole 7 hours.

i dont think black pudding will ever be offered on any flight. most of the world don't find it appetizing, not to mention muslim countries don't go anywhere near pork, let alone pig blood.

Glad to see UKBF out actually checking stuff. When I came back from FUE in Dec there were no checks and I got the feeling a lot of people on the flight had not done the required plf.

I think Qatar is the top. Had fantastic Business experience Amsterdam to Tokyo. Fantastic.
And the showers in Doha make the experience all the better

Never mind the black pudding, a decent pork sausage wouldn't go amiss but unfortunately religious prejudices prevent it on a number of airlines.
