What an awesome video! The views out were absolutely mesmerizing just watching the video. It must be really something else to do it live. I rode in a helicopter one time. I was in Hawaii, and I rode one of those little helicopters that take you flying over Waikiki and the interior of the island. BTW, there was no door. I was strapped in like I was going on a roller coaster ride, and there was a grab bar I held on to for dear life. The scenery was breathtaking and gorgeous. Not having a door was kind of unnerving though. Was a fun 20 minutes. When I got off the helicopter, I was soaking in sweat. Lots of fun, but the next helicopter ride I take, I'd prefer to have a door.

Ill never understand helicopter taking off and landing on the runway. Theyre whole concept is that they have the capability to do vertical take off and landings. Thats it. Everything else is beat by a fixed wing aircraft by a long shot. Helicopters are slower, lower ceiling, they carry less, theyre more difficult to fly. Theyre advantage and appeal is that they can get into areas that fixed wing aircraft cant.
I just dont get it. Ive spent 13 years in the Air Force and they also taxi helicopters to the run way and make an approach to the runways. I just dont understand.

is there a reason why you want people to donate to your patreon? what do you do for a living that contributes towards society. are you a doctor, a lawyer, a fireman? no you spend your life travelling staying in hotels eating 5 star food, private flights, and you literally want us to fund it and support you? for what? what are you doing for humanity?

Never been in a helicopter but been to Chandigarh and Shimla many times. Shimla was the old capital under British occupation. What is the music on this vblog? Noel have you been to the Andaman and Nicobar islands yet? I went in 2000, amazing & completely different to anywhere else in India.

Noel, if anyone wonders why you do this, this episode should explain it. You were like a kid on Christmas morning after seeing a shiny new bike. When your work is your passion, it is not work at all. Thank you for taking us along with you on your joyous adventures!

This helicopter 365N (not this precise helicopter) was used a lot by Bond Helicopters in the early 80s. They still fly one out of Blackpool to the rigs. Along with Yorkshire Air Ambulance being the main users of the 365n in the ukVideo Noel

The scenery is breathtaking. You couldn't have picked a better form of transportation. I don't think you could stop smiling. Traveling by helicopter is something akin to flying like a bird. I love it.

Thanks for covering remote areas of India. Suggest you to visit Chipi Airport in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra near Goa as it has been newly opened and has spectacular view as it is near sea shore.

That's not a small helicopter, you should go in a Robinson R22 as i did for a flying lesson. That chopper only has two seats, and the pilot pulled it out of the hanger on his own

Always have ear plugs when flying in helicopters. Probably should have them for some of the louder planes you fly in as well. The scenery is breath taking, in the air.

Loving the travels but are you looking into the lens or at the screen? Feels like when somebody talks to you but looks like they're talking to your ear

Absolutely breathtaking views and by far one of (if not the) best trip reports I've seen. Congrats on your work and definitely a to-do bucket list item

Your enjoyment of this has brought me to tears. I'd love to be there doing the same thing. I'd love to throw myself to the wind and just GO.
