He made an excellent point about this sort of experience helping with mental health. Living in cities and working in offices has left us disconnected from nature, depriving us of the primal satisfaction you get from creating something with your own hands and accomplishing something tangible.
Impressive as it may be, writing an awesome piece of code can't scratch the itch that digging a hole or chopping a tree does.

Will's Earth Lodge is about 25 minutes south of me, & I'm hoping to book one of his courses in the near future. Breckland is a great region for wildcamping & other outdoors activities. My local forest is only about a 15 min bike ride away. Also, if you ever get over to Cheddar Gorge in Somerset, you'll find Will acting in the presentation that is projected on to the cave walls inside Cox's cave.

What a great video. I've been following you both for a while and I really appreciate this collaboration, bushcraft, sheltercraft and primitive technology meet in the middle. Absolutely Interested in Bow making! Any traditional skill that can be passed on is so important.
