TA Outdoors always Totally Awesome Mike, Dustin, man, what a wonderful meal the two of you had. Hey Dustin, send me some of that pencil stake Wish I could have been there with you guys, but at least I can share it via the videos you make. I really, sincerely appreciate the educational value of this and all your videos. The information is much needed and at least by me and a few million others, much appreciated If I ever manage to afford a trip to England, I would love to make the bulk of my stay with you guys on one of those trips. Oh yeah, Dustin, if you haven't already tried it, try some Smoked Paprika in your rub. It has a noticeably different taste, and I much prefer it to ordinary Paprika. Keep up the excellent work guys

Hi guys, I understand the issue with the germs and the sticks and I have a suggestion. have you considered Elder? A piece about 18 -24 and where the soft pith is, push in a rod of 316 grade 1. 6mm stainless steel tig welding rod. This is the material that is used to produce stainless steel food prep areas and the like. Just a thought. Also may I ask, I am very new to Bush craft although I have followed Mike for a while. What was the mora knife Dustin was using please as I need to get my first knife soon.

Really nice camp set-up I am very impressed and inspired, plus the food looks a-mazing Would predators not be attracted to all that food you are prepping and cooking there? What do you use to protect yourself against vicious wildlife? Also, what do you call that wok-like cookware/griddle over the fire, i love that But one last question. almost afraid to ask. what cut is a pencil fillet? :O

Greetings from California. Okay, I seen many Bushcraft videos on youtube but you guys cook the best food by far. I eat Spam and potatoes, I feel nothing but shame. I cook at home and I cook really good. mostly Puerto Rican food if you need to try it one day am sure you would like it. keep the videos coming. thanks Charlie

We need a lot more bushcraft videos with hunting and fishing involved. I know YouTube is a pussy sometimes, but I haven't seen a rifle once and it's BS. I live in Canada too, not gun obsessed America, but still it's an important aspect.

Wouldn't the smoker have worked better, if thee sticks were shorter so they were closer to the ground, thus the leaves covered most of the firee so the smokee would go more into the leaves? The smoker seems to high off the ground?

The natural camps are great, nothing like them. Too be so young and have already gathered the wisdom of surviving in the wilderness, it's a spiritual experience, as well as an adventure of a lifetime. Cheers men
