Join me on a 2 day bushcraft camp with Dustin and his Dog. We build a tipi shelter, cook on a woodstove and sleep on deer hides with a wool blanket. We make a large tipi tarp shelter and use debris on top to keep the shelter warm and wind resistant. We then do some camp craft, build a pot hanger and open fire. At night we cook sea food on the woodstove and use the axe to chop firewood. Dustin shows some basic bushcraft skills and shows you some recipes for cooking on a woodstove. The next morning we make coffee and cook up breakfast on the open camp fire. Come and join us on this adventure WOODSTOVE - GSTOVE HEAT VIEW: They are offering my subscribers 15% off their stoves and accessories on their website: The code is taoutdoors and they ship worldwide

Come on guys, don't worry about the dog seriously, it's not starving at all, its just an interesting new environment for her so she's hyper alert and probably being a bit cheeky about food. If i'm cooking something I know my dog cant have the left overs of, I'll feed her first with what she can have and then she's to sit on her mat. If its something that's dog safe/healthy she can sit with us and wait her turn, its used as a training exercise for the behaviors we want to reward. e. g. sit on your mat patiently and don't take food from our mouths and you'll be sure to get some as well. A dog needs a kind and rewarding leader who sets the rules, one who is consistent. kids on the other hand. don't get me started. haven't figured those out yet by a long shot: -\

Great video. The prawns and squid looked delicious but would have benefitted from some egg fried rice and a splash of soy sauce or maybe some salad. I have two questions. When does the dog get to eat? Doesn't the tarp cause condensation? Back in my days as a boy scout, more than 50 years ago and before the mass use of plastics, we covered our bivouacks with the biggest leaves we could find. They were waterproof, warm and condensation free.

What if you were to add a few more poles to the outside of your tipi over the tarp to help hold it from the wind, and then add your debris. I think it may help a little with the rain dripping in. It would make a drip line so to speak. Some of the rain, not all of it, would run down those poles and outside of your tarp. Just a thought. Can't wait to see what's up with you two.

Forgive me for asking, but do you just own that one stove that you carry around for the videos, or do you own multiple? I only ask because in the middle of this video the thought of you having to disassemble then reassemble the one stove from the cabin for every video just popped in.

I'm always so disappointed when you tear down your shelters. I always hope you will go back in a month and then in 2 to see what shelter holds up the best. Maybe one day you all can pick a place and put up a few shelters and continue to go back and see what one lasts the longest

Guys, Amber is part of the family. and I think you should include her in the meal time experience. Hmmm didnt really enjoy this episode because all i saw was her trying to communicate her hunger and desire to feed with the pack, and you guys just ignoring her. Hmmm
