Would like to come to the conference but they have not completed the tunnel between the States and the UK.
We own a number of crocks and jars for pickles and kraut. Kraut is very easy to make as are pickles. It is fun and tastes good also. Skills our ancestors brought from Europe to the States. Oh by the way when I was a boy I learned from my mom that with jams and jellies when mold grew on the top, you just scraped it off and continued to use it. Molds are fungi and don't have long roots. They do not impact the quality or taste of the jelly or jam.

If troubled kids were given rehabilitation in places like this with nobody to be cool in front of or impress. I bet our youth would be crazy smart and well adjusted. Great place and video. Nice angles on your shots too.

seem to recall you have a fire pit inside one of your huts?
Bet our ancestors would have used those when the weather was at the damper end of the scale. Maybe next time?
