Forest to Coast: Kayak Fishing Exploring Cooking

Join me on a solo kayak fishing trip on the coast where I go exploring an island and do some cooking on the beach. First I start out in the forest, get a fire going and have a coffee, cook some food before I head off on small micro adventure. taoutdoors: I'd love to see a budget beginner bushcrafting gear loadout -video, too many people have the misconception that bushcrafting has to be all 200 knives, 150 tarps and 100 gas stoves. Maybe a 50 or 100 total kit? GBP/EURO/USD are pretty close atm so 100 of either one is roughly the same: )
Stay safe!

Honestly Mike I've been enjoying the more Variety sort of videos you been doing and as well as the builds. I can remember I was watching Alec Steel before I started following you and been following you since the first time Alec Steel came out to the big bush craft shelter you had before you tore it down for the new builds. But yea I do enjoy the variety type content still keeping it out door related. The cooking of food is always A win in my books but you guys do that all the time so I wouldn't change anything with the cooking.

I would love to see a survival kayak fishing and coastal foraging camp. Say two nights, minimal gear? Even you can find a cave like the ones in this video to spend the night. There are a couple of Australian guys who do that but I'd love to see your approach. Big fan here!

Hello TA Outdoors, I'm considering attending the bushcraft Show this year, but I have a few questions before I commit?
Do I need to be vaccinatedto enter?
Can I purchase a ticket on the gate for weekend camping? Then use the code?
Thanks
Aidan

Hmm video idea: Catch and cook on a handmade rod that you make in the woods. As you don t have bamboo growing there you couldn t get a fantastic rod, but there s still some types of wood that could make an okay rod if tapered properly!

Kayak videos are a great idea, as Kochanski taught about conveyance. A kite on board is a new-school sail, and can fit in a quart-sized space. Think of all the easy living tools you could bring along, no loot for petrol required.

Nice video! Some thing a bit different for a change. If time allows, do you think you would be able to do a kayak overnighter, say early September? Provided the weather is still good in your region. That would be cool!

My favourite type of videos are the less edited more talkative videos like the ones were you just cook up and have a laugh with your dad. Love the videos mike, keep up the good work
