I go on a 2 day solo bushcraft camp in an enchanted moss covered forest. I setup my canvas tent (polish lavvu) by a small river and enjoy the amazing surrounding nature and wildlife. At night I get a camp fire going and cook soup. I go to sleep in the tent listening to the sound of owls and the flowing river nearby. The first part of the video has no talking as I wanted to immerse myself into this amazing enchanted forest. Get

Oh mate What a ripper of a spot Youre videography and production just keeps getting better and better. Well done mate. I really enjoy the quiet shots where you just let nature do the talking. What I find interesting is how quiet the forest is, apart from the running water. Here in Oz the bush is crazy loud with cicadas and birds and the crunching of gum leaves under the boot. As you mentioned you wanted to check out new places, you should try and come to Australia sometime. The landscape here is so different. Anyway mate, I look forward to the next vid.

Mike I can tell you really needed that one buddy, was a nice trip to go on and thankyou for bringing us along, beautiful location, proper old England or ancient Britain setting there buddy I love untouched places like that, sadly they are fast dwindling. Dude, lovely video. As an ex Londoner I can highly recommend Exeter (or there abouts) as a place to live. I moved to Cornwall 15 years ago to raise my kids and found it was just a bit too far out for us so we moved to Exeter where we have access to Dartmoor (legal wild camping a plenty, Exmoor, Exmouth beach for sunny days, kayaking, kiteSurfing etc and still have a lovely little city on our doorstep for all those commerce/schools/social type things.

Truly lovely place, one night there definitely isn't enough, nothing beats falling asleep listening to the sound of running water And great tent Maybe because I spent most of my nights outdoors with a canvas tarps when I was a teenager I'm rather partial to them. A bit bulkier, yes, but I love that robust feel. And when they soak up some smoke from the fire. love that smell In closing, one final question: what is the knive you're using? :)

Great job man, love the footage, I can tell after filming my videos just how much work you have put in, and you do it well really great job. I have access to 8million acres where I live, and some of my regions look like where your at in New York, but the most close resembled in the US i have found like this region your in is Washington state it is beautiful and I recommend you see it one day.

Just joined you yesterday. So the question I asked you about. popped up on my phone today. Thankyou. I will be catching up soon enough. I used to live growing up in the NW of the U. S. Oregon and Washington. The Olympia Forest is on Coastal Washington. A lot of the Park looks just like where you were at in January. I guess it depends how far West you want to go. Thankyou

I know it's not purist but you should think about taking a backup fire lighting method. Cotton balls with Vaseline for example and a petrol lighter maybe? Just for the odd occasion when you're in the ancient woodland or any damp environment where fire lighting is difficult. Lovely film and great to see your connection with Mother Nature. Atvb, Michael

What a beautiful relaxing place. It would be nice to see more about the gear youre using and a nice cook up or something enjoyable to really make the trip into a story so you have a beginning, middle and an end to these videos. Looks like you're using a decent DSLR, gopro and drone setup and I've enjoyed the interesting angles you've used. Well done mate.

What a perfectly beautiful place. It has an ethereal quality that youd find in a fairytale like Snow White. The rich aroma of earth, coupled with moss and the sound of the bubbling water must have been a wonderfully relaxing experience for you. You did a great job photographing the event. I especially liked the underwater shots. Great job

Mike New sub here. My gosh. the first 13 minutes I was thinking academy award Absolutely stunning cinematography type shots I was literally thinking Lord of the Rings in that whole sequence. Anyway, I look forward to catching up on the vids. I found you from watching Haze's vids. Quite the contrast but all great content Craig. Minnesota US
