The Colosseum, Circus Maximus, the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel were my favorite parts of Rome. I had no idea that the archway in front of the Vatican was in Constantines honor. We literally spent 20 minutes under it to escape the heat I wish I could have seen more of Italy because I didnt really enjoy the experience as much as I think I could have if I didnt go to Rome. A lot of the Italians we passed were very rude and didnt care if they ran into us or bumped us. Peroni is one of my favorite beers its amazing. I will say that the food, coffee and wine are incredible Italian cuisine is absolutely pristine. Even though Im not going to rush off to Italy just yet you guys entice me to give it another shot. Great video

when we visited Rome we went into the Colosseum and our guide said that is a serious misconception that gladiators fought animals. Apparently hunters would bring those exotic animals in as a opener for the crowds and sported them as achievements that they could hunt these animals. They were all slaughtered that day to serve as lunch for the people attending the gladiators fights which were always human against human.

24h in Rome: Colosseum. Wow Rome is freaking HUGE and when i was there i moved a lot with metro and tram and visited many spots You Can buy a ticket that lasts 48h for EVERY public trasport at 12, that's way cheaper then buying single tickets. Also we spent all the Night in very cool pubs and discos in the northern part of the city (There are very classy clubs and very trashy ones as well.

Vatican far too crowded Lovely place but a real let down because of the crowds Top tip, no need for a guided tour Takes too long Rome is overcrowded, Went there late September 2018 This video gives a false impression because it doesn't show the nightmare of getting from one tourist attraction to another Even the open bus tour was too much Sorry, but only saying it as it is

Alex Hispanics will talk to my dad in Spanish if they see him and no he is not Hispanic but yes he does look like one so they will automatically talk to him in spanish if there are not too many ppl around to ask a question if he is where ever and he is the only one who looks Hispanic they will go to him

I enjoyed watching your video. My family and I recently got back from a 3 week vacation in Europe where we spent time in Rome exploring the sites. It was amazing and a lot less expensive than Paris where we had visited previously. :) We can't wait to go back - Michelle

The line for the coliseum is sometimes really long and you wait an hour but we just bribed one of the tourist group guides and said we wanted to skip the line and just gave him 20 which isnt much idk what my parents would do without me
