Wow brings back some great memories. It seems like a lifetime ago, but I spent a few months touring the Tuscany region as part of a small troupe of dance artists from around the world. We came together and performed across the region during the summer when we were all off season from our dance companies. Definitely was one of the best summers of my dance career. (Those hot springs are amazing for sore muscles. Hope to make it back there sometime.

Am so grateful to have been courted and married by an Italian who is now has passed on after decades of being together, travelling and living in various countries but with home base, Milan. He took me everywhere in Italy dining, shopping, clothes, jewellery, sightseeing and staying in great hotels. The only part of Italy we did not go was Sardinia, Trieste and Isola d'Elba. Tuscany is my favorite travel spot. My wife and I got married in San Miniato and I totally recommend it The towns Mayor came to preside over the whole thing plus she gave us some local art to take home and a bouquet of flowers, a very nice touch. Plus a lot of the locals came out to wish us well and we met some truly amazing shop owners. If your in San Miniato go check out Birra & Acciughe.

We're heading to Italy in September for our honeymoon and we wanted to road trip through Tuscany and hit the hot springs as well. After watching Carrie's video the car rental process seems stressful. So does driving? Any tips or suggestions? Which of the hot springs should we stop at? They all look amazing Did you find cool places to stay in between?

Nicely done, congrats The only thing: Why, for crying out loud, did you go to Tuscany in February? It's nice, yes, but no comparison to spring or summer, even autumn. Repeat the experience in May or June. And maybe check out also the Costiera Amalfitana (Amalfi Coast) the most beautiful place in the world. And I have seen many Greets from Europe

Tuscany is my husband and I happy place hands down. the people, the food, the wine. that chianti clasico is the best thing. it ruins you for other wines. and that pecorino cheese. We've gone to Italy the last 2 years and a roll. maybe we'll explore southern Italy past Siena and visit those hot springs Thanks for the video.

Gorgeous vlog My husband and I spent a week in Tuscany last year. We were based in Siena, and we spent several days driving through the region and exploring so many charming hill towns. I agree with your comment about the landscape looking like a painting. This brought back so many wonderful memories. Thank you

WowMakes me want to go see Tuscany now so badly. Italy has been on top my bucketlist for years. I did recently visited Morocco and explored a few cities with my moroccan husband which I can tell you I fell in love with Morocco. I also got married in Morocco and it was the most amazing and special experience.

I am Italian from Tuscany and I think this video is pretty and well made. However its a shame that Tuscany is mostly known abroad for its countryside, hills, wines etc and nobody promotes our BEAUTIFUL coastline and the islands such as the stunning Elba and Giglio and so on.
