If only they made this RWD (like the NSX and S2000. Of course being RWD means higher production cost, more weight, and generally higher fuel consumption, but on the flip side you normally get better handling due to better weight distribution, and the fact that the front wheels don't have to do all the work (ever tried to put your foot down in a FWD car around a corner? or tried to put your foot down going up a hill in the wet. The fact is almost all true sports cars/track cars are RWD or AWD. Having said all this, I'm very impressed with the lap times this car has supposedly managed, obviously Honda has done a great job making this car stick to the track with their technology, but are you really going to buying this to race at a track? perhaps, but lets not forget that it's a production car, and like all production cars, you're mainly going to be driving it on the road, around town etc, where there are less than perfect surfaces.

I'm in London driving a civic - and largely, going from traffic light to traffic light every 2 - 4 minutes; a machine that can handle cornering or can get up to a high speed - does nothing for me - it's the leather comfy seat and the speakers that make the experience - and of course, it is reliable and never lets me down - reconsider the review with viewers in mind.

Great informative review although the audio could have been better, wont impress the Chris Harris fanboys though.
M135i looks a better buy for the money though and it has the proper wheels driven.
Front wheel drive is great on a childs tricycle, but just as with adults bikes RWD is what you really want

I never have been a fan of Honda, but in fact the last type r was a bit strange but also a bit beautiful to me. But seauriously, this thing is just. Make me feel ill. How a engineer team can make such a horrible thing? It look like a washdisher with a huge spoiler

There was a lot of clipping in the audio in this review. Next time, please have someone turn down the input level/gain on the lapel mic. If no one is available or knows how, hire me and I can do it for you! :)

If you want comfort and a -nice- car to live with every day buy a 3 series! You don't buy these cars for that reason and even in this day & age, I don't know anyone that'll spend their hard earned cash on a Renault.

I think the looks are ok, or at least who buys it ready for it. But please tell me what this quad exhaust pipes, it is not a Lamborghini, you could put rs3 type exhaust pipes to each side.

I really was hoping they would have brought something closer in line with the K24z7 with this car. I understand why they didn't, but I would still like it. Either way, this is on my BUY list.

When he said that the steering had no 'feel' I lost interest; 300+BHP, FWD and poor feedback through the wheel? That's a vey bad combination especially on peepoor UK roads.

That sub 8 minute Nurburgring time was done with a roll cage and loads of stuff taken out of the car to save weight. Not a legit production car time.
