No M because they arnt needed. It-s a small car, 335 horses is plenty for this size car. Having M model would be redundant, more power isn-t necessary else it would spin out of control at the wheels and off track. M is redundant. SUVs can always use more power to drag its heavy load, as well as styling sport visuals, something Z already comes with

The -styling upon styling upon styling plus huge intake- look seems to be very popular these days. Dare i say it, after the new 3 and 5 Series BMW seems to have Toyota-fied their designs.
Busy styling, fussy details and all. Really missed the clean slate look of older designs.

sadly, not interested. Z4s are getting worse and more anodyne with each generation. As you correctly identified, the Porsche Boxster is still the car to beat, and this doesn't. Hopefully the Supra will be better, and have a manual transmission.

I wish BMW hadn't shown us what the concept looks like. This car is definitely not the best looking sports car out there and looks rather quirky, but it's not bad either. But after seeing the concept, I was set up for disappointment.

Z4 engine, Z4 trans, Z4 chassis, Z4 diff, the new supra has a Z4 frame, Z4 interior, Z4 suspension, and it-s built in Austria by BMW. I-ve driven the Z4, just give me one thing that makes this a Toyota other than the badges.

Why even put the M badge on a car with less than 400Hp? My modified 2011 Sdrive35is is around 600 at this point so why would I invest in what amounts to a girls version. Put some balls in your sports car BMW!

The previous generation looked way more beautiful, BMW done screwed up! this one looks cookie cutter ugly! , doesn't even look like a Z Roadster, sad!

One can only hope they make a hardtop version, in the meantime, the previous Z4 might be a bargain when the new one goes on sale
