Citroen AMI review: is this the weirdest car of 2020? Philip: In a way, this is a lot like the iPhone. Apple designed something that did exactly what we needed, but nothing more. No configurability, just the basic functions that work really well. No colour choice, no options, no panels to scratch or polish. In fact the only glaring difference is that this is cheap!

I-m 31 and I-m getting one! I can-t wait, I-m so so so excited to drive my little Ami - I-ve been trying bikes, scooters and public transport and I just can-t in recent weather conditions, I-m absolutely exhausted once I get home. This isn-t a perfect -car- but it-s ideal for me

I can see it being something you'd buy for the car commute from the suburbs to work in the city.
Cheap to run. Cheap to buy. And I'll bet you can take it into cities where your ICE vehicle is banned or charged for entry.

Great little car. I will buy one but I do wonder about the safety issues in London. Driving standards have dropped massively And what-s with its speed limit of 30mph. Could be tricky

Not weird, progressive! The right tool for the job. Hope to see these taking the place of a bunch of porky rigs sucking up precious space and resources. Awesome.

No European car will be cost effective now. try buying parts for it - shipping tells a story in itself as border force add 20% to total cost including shipping.

Just because the car is small af doesn't mean you can just let 14 year old kids get behind the wheel and drive it in traffic lol
