The Citroen C3 Aircross has been revamped for 2021, so join us for an in-depth look at what's new for Citroen's quirky small crossover.
The new, facelifted C3 Aircross will be facing off against cars like the Nissan Juke and Seat Arona, armed with fresh styling, a brand-new infotainment system, and a smattering of personalisation options. Citroen is also promising a focus on ride comfort over sporty dynamics, and we'll find out how the new car fares on the road in our upcoming first-drive review
aybegum: It was wonderful to have C5 Aircross and feel like Alaadiin traveling on his flying carpet. We found lots of chance to discover and travel with my daughters on it. But this confort did not last a year. First, it-s air condition malfunctioned. We thought as it was a bad luck for us. After a while we went to the service because of second malfunction. Service reported that there was a mulfunction on our turbo engine and it was impossible for us to drive our car. It was 01. 12. 2020 we received this report and guess what. Until 21. 06. 2021, I mean almost 7 months, our car was useless in service and we could not drive it. During this period, none of Citroen Turkey representative reached us with detailled information and service plan. We were just waiting. When we tried to get delivery information, the answer was always -Sorry, we can not estimate the delivery time for now-. At last, we reached our car yesterday. But, real disappointment is, none of Citroen Turkey representative has called us yet for a jest or even sorry yet. Our flying carpet does not deserve such a bad Customer service of Citroen Turkey.
