Because of all of this I will be gathering information from anyone willing to share a story, and provide evidence that krowns negligence lead to damage of customer vehicles. When enough evidence is gathered I will be filing a class action lawsuit.

If you wish to know the verdict to my case against krown feel free to call halifax provincial court and ask for the verdict for case #490099 Brandon vs krown. It was a public hearing and as such the verdicts is public information. If you just want the summary, krowns product clogged a sensor and has a history of doing so. The judge ruled in my favor due to the fact that my vehicle wasn't even a month old, the sensor was full of oil, and it states right in the vehicle warrent that the sensor can fail if covered in oil. Krown insisted that they covered the sensor with a rag, but when shown pictures of the sensor covered in oil they changed their story to we avoided that area.

In twenty years Ive had five vehicles, used and new, some already with surface-rusted bellies, wheel wells, suspension components etc, and Ive had Krown done yearly on them all. The new one I had (2011Tacoma-wish I never traded it in) never developed any rust in 6 years of Canadian Ontario winters, save for some few, scattered small patches superficially on the frame rails. None of the cars I had where some rust existed never got more rust. Im sold on it.
Also, my weather stripping was never damaged on any. Always stayed supple. I think some rubber, natural-derived, can get affected.
The driveway I dont care about, nor do the holes they drill. I hate rust, and a rust-repaired body in my mind will never be as structurally sound as the original, not to mention the reemergenc3 of rust through such work if not a high quality repair.

Eric, hats off to you, this was really really clever. This is what I'd call a Symbiotic video. By filming and posting the whole process you help these guys at Krown get more exposure and advertising, and also you get the best service they can provide.
I'm sure every customer gets the same treatment and also I'm sure they are famous already and have a good reputation. But a video like this one doesn't hurt anyone, They get free advertisement, you get a perfect service and we get to watch and learn. It is a win win win situation. And yet, some dudes out there dislike.

This product and service is gold. I have used it on all of my last 3 vehicles and know this stuff works. The best example was my 2000 Celica, a low car to begin with and I lowered it 1 for the handling. I drove the car as my commuter (and toy) for the next 15 years through all weather in Ontario and the car had not a speck of rust on it. A low car being dragged through the salt and slush, and nothing after 15 years. Definitely worth the money and a great product.

In my 50 years of driving I have rust proofed two cars with ziebart and both of them rotted to the core. after learning my lesson twice I started taking my car's to Krown in Windsor I live near Detroit and I've never had a problem since. Good people, good products

I live in the high Rockies in Colorado. We get way more snow than upstate new York. Why do your cars rust out from your road products and ours don't? I sit in 8 feet of snow 8 months of the year. Tons of road treatments. Perhaps your state just doesn't care.

This was very disturbing to watch. As a health care professional, the use of a petroleum based product wearing a short sleeved shirt is extremely dangerous. Any skin contact should be avoided. Obviously this guy is not adequately protected.

If I lived where they salt the roads, I would do it. Seems like a thorough job at that location. I would definitely wash my own truck about a week later. Go ahead and foam cannon it, and then just spray off. I got from there.

OMG you are the 3rd youtuber that goes to that same shop! You either all live in the same area or there is only 1 shop that does this in the US! Either way that is not a good sampling in terms of shop diversity.
