i have a question no body can seem to answer and it's came in twice at my shop now. I'll be honest, i did a lazy diag but it was a fairly easy one. Vehicle stalled out & only cranks, when you spray carb cleaner in the breather it'll start for a sec then die out. you'd automatically think fuel problem correct? turns out after replacing the fuel pump & diagnosing fuel I'm like wait, what if this isn't even a fuel problem. check spark, zero spark. my question is if its getting fuel with no spark, then how on earth does spraying carb cleaner get it to attempt starting. long post but please answer. thanks!

Hello I bought a CP9690 and want to do live data to catch warning lights on a 2014 Ram Promaster, I have two lights going off intermittently, dealer says they can not fix it cause the code is not registered, its a air bag sensor and rear back up assist, can you do a video on how you would use the Actron to check codes or how I would use it to catch these codes while the vehicle is in motion.

curiosity question. I used to have my NYS inspection license and I know the rules have changed a lot since the 90's. since you had to do a drive cycle before the car can be issued a sticker you are obviously driving it without a valid inspection. How do you deal with the law enforcement if you get stopped for an out dated sticker.

Eric DYI question I have a Acer Laptop, is there a good software package that can be run showing the data stream using the OBD connector. I have an old scanner that will sacrifice its connector if I can use the Laptop. I also hope to win the Actron tester

I have the CP9690 also being a DIY'er it comes in very handy. Full on reviews can get How can I say this nicely boring, But key features like this are very cool. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into these top notch Videos

Looks like a pretty sweet tool for the DIY'er. Unfortunately for me, with a Land Rover LR3 in the family I don't think it gives me anything other than bare OBD2 for that truck, and I only want to invest in 1 tool.

That scanner looks very similar to the OTC 3211 and Bosch 1300. I bet all three scsnners are made by the same manufacturer then covered with the different companies color scheme and sold as one of their products.

I watched one of your vids. and it showed the coolant temperature and other readings on a EEC-IV Ford OBD I so I ordered one from EBAY. It does more than my Snap-on scanner! Thanks!
